Polycarbonate is an extruded thermoplastic with high optical quality and strength. It is completely shatter proof and less rigid and much stronger than acrylic. It can handle higher heart, resistant to acids, can be cold formed and has a low level of flammability. It is, however, more prone to scratched and cannot be laser cut. Policomp® is UV protected with a microscopic thin layer on both side for UV protection and 10 year warranty.
Polycarbonate Solid Sheets can be combined with the Poli-lok System (H Aluminum Structure) for roofing applications. The installation is easy but for more information, don't hesitate to contact the customer support!
